ResearchFig is the service name used for customer contact. For eligible Waffo merchant-of-record purchases, the seller of the transaction is identified on the checkout and receipt.

For technical problems, include the page URL, approximate time, browser and error message. For billing questions, include your order ID or date and the account email. Never email passwords, login codes or complete card numbers.

Subscription cancellation and payment support

Manage an active subscription on Pricing → Your subscription. If you purchased through Waffo, your order confirmation email contains a Buyer Portal link for payment assistance and cancellation. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy before requesting a refund.
